Is this pay-to-win?+
Not at all. Every perk in the store can also be earned for free through voting and playtime. Store ranks support the server and skip the grind; they never give an unfair advantage.
How does upgrade pricing work?+
You only pay the difference when upgrading a rank. If you own Solaris and buy Astral, the price of Solaris comes off at checkout. Enter your Minecraft name above to see your price.
What are crate keys?+
Keys open cosmetic loot crates at /warp crates. Each crate has its own reward pool, and keys never expire. Tap Preview Crate on a key to see what it can drop.
What are claim chunks?+
Claim chunks protect your land from griefers. Each chunk covers a 16×16 block area. You can also earn them through vote ranks, trading and playtime.
How do I receive my items?+
Everything is delivered automatically. If you are offline, it waits for you in /rewards on your next join.
Can I gift a purchase?+
Yes. Press 🎁 on any item, or tick gift in your cart, and enter the recipient's Minecraft username.
What if something does not arrive?+
Check /rewards first. If it is not there, contact us on Discord with your order number and we will sort it out.
